                     Recovery is possible

"The opposite of addiction is not sobriety. The opposite of addiction is connection."

Individuals

Using substances has become the only way to find RELIEF from unbearable stresses in your life. Over time though, that relief seems to disappear and now you continue using to feel normal. It seems like a never ending ride you can't exit. You feel ashamed, fearful, & alone. You can't bear asking for help... "What will they say? Will they judge me? Will I lose my job? Will my partner leave me if they find out?"
We are here to tell you, you are not alone in this!
Freedom from substances is possible through effective counseling aimed at discovering the underlying reasons for use, fostering meaningful connections, unearthing your purpose in life, & becoming unstuck from harmful patterns.

Harm Reduction?

Those with substance use histories often face increased stigma and isolation from society. At times that isolation comes from being ostracized from the recovery community for creating a recovery that goes against social norms. We recognize that the definition of recovery means something different to everyone. For some, total abstinence is required to regain that sense of meaning & fulfillment. Others recognize they have a problem with one substance but not the other. We will respect your definition of recovery, and will work with you to discover your values to create a life that is meaningful.
